When the noise quiets just long enough
to hear something true underneath.
Your voice that hasn't vanished–it's been waiting for you.
That's where this retreat begins.
It's not about being louder, it's about being available to listen.
Ready to be honest. Willing to be surprised.
Not performing, not escaping...simply returning to yourself.
When the noise quiets just long enough
to hear something truer underneath.
A voice that hasn't vanished–just waited.

Songwriter, poet, mother, and retreat guide. Mostly just a woman learning to listen.
For years I made music within the familiar boundaries of the Christian music industry.
I was grateful for the platform, the community, and the early success. But life surprised me: my marriage ended, I lost all sense of certainty, and found myself full of questions that didn't fit the old scripts.
I needed something I'd never been given: permission to listen to myself.
I longed for space to explore freedom, nuance, and my own voice without pressure. Without other people telling me what to think or who to be.
A space where I could learn to trust my own voice.
That's what I've created with the Find Your Voice Retreat.
Songwriter, poet, mother–and sometimes professor.
Mostly just a woman learning to listen.

the community, the early success. But life cracked things open:
my marriage ended, my certainty thinned, and I found myself
full of questions that didn't fit the old scripts.
What I longed for most was a space to explore freedom,
nuance, and my own voice without pressure.
A space to not know.
That's what I've created here.

The Find Your Voice Retreat is a three-night experience for women who
want to reconnect with something profoundly personal and true.
You know there is more for you.
You suspect there is much more IN you.
It's not a conference. There's no stage.
It's not a spa weekend, although we rest deeply.
And it's not group therapy, though tears may come.
It's a sacred space for reflection and creative exploration.
We journal, we move, we enjoy ourselves, and make things with our hands.
We share meals and songs. We walk trails.
We listen to one another. We listen inward.
We open the windows of our souls
and welcome the sweet sounds of our voices.
There is room for silence here, and laughter,
and the full truth of who you are.

You don't need to be an artist. You don't
need to know what you're seeking.
But if something in you has been whispering for attention,
if you've been asking deeper questions or sensing a shift...
You might be right on time.

I won't be teaching in the traditional sense.
I'll be facilitating, guiding, and holding space for you to be brave.
I draw from years of creative work,
spiritual questioning, somatic healing,
and community hosting.
I share from my own lived experience
of moving from debilitating fear and anxiety
to finally feeling free to be, and to love who I am.
But mostly, I bring presence.
That's what we all bring & that's
where the magic happens.
